G -- SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES SOL RFP 200-0587-SE DUE 042700 POC Jacqueline Ponders, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-3069 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in the Ocala, Florida area, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract with a one year base period and four one-year option periods is anticipated. Services for the base period is October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, shall include services for 17 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), 48/30-minute individual counseling sessions per inmate, 72/30-minute group counseling sessions per inmate, and 12/30-minute family counseling sessions for 7 inmates. Services for 19 inmates for option year one; 21 inmates for option year two; 23 inmates for option year three and 25 inmates for option year four shall include the following: intake assessment (one per inmate); 48/30-minute individual counseling sessions per inmate; 72/30-minute group counseling sessions per inmate, and 12/30-minute family counseling sessions for 8 inmates (option year one), 9 inmates (option year two), 10 inmates (option year three), and 11 inmates (option year four), respectively. Services for the option periods are October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2005. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled, "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)," dated November 16, 1999.
