Support Assy to be input P/N 4044892 NSN 2840-01-003-9017PT and output
as P/N 4082987, NSN 2840-01-456-0083PT applicable to F100/PW220E
engine. PWA 71560, NSN 4920-01-436-4099 shall be provided by the
government. The required delivery schedule is to begin 90 days after
contract award at the rate of 3 each per month until complete.
Contractor furnished material is required for the modification parts.
Approved source is Gunver Mfg Co., Manchester CT. Appendix "A" applies
IAW T.O.2J-F100-(IV)-564 and T.O.2J-F100-13-10 applies.
Form/Fit/Function: The Nozzle Support Assy P/N 4044892 are
new/serviceable parts which are input shall require modification only,
and shall be provided by the government after contract award
modification is accomplished IAW T.O.2J-F100(iv)-564 (TCTO) and there
is no additional overhaul or repair required due to the new condition
of the input item. Modification hardware is to be CFM, kits will not be
provided are required for this modification due to the new condition of
the input part. Qualification Requirements are available. In order to
be considered for award, offeror must be a qualified source at the time
of award. Award will not be held up awaiting source approval. Drawings
are not available. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO
identified in this notice for additional information and/or to
communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your
concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has
been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors
during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman
does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting
Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements,
and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
