The Government is considering whether allowing a contractor to use GSA to lease replacement vehicles will result in significant savings to the Government. Therefore, request a brief response to the following questions: 1. If allowed, would you use GSA to lease vehicles? 2. Generally, how much of a savings would GSA offer over commercial sources, if any?
