This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and NO ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-15. This procurement is for 1) 1 each model no. 1010-10, application developer license on NT or Unix (10 pack); 2) 3 each model no. 1201-5, Win. 95/98/NT ODBC Clients (5 named users); 3) 6 each model no. 1610-11 HP/UX midrange with 1 relational (two per site); 4) annual maintenance on production licenses; 5) annual maintenance on development licenses; and an option for 6) multi-year (2) prepaid ISG.
