Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide
Residential Community Corrections Center and Community Sanctions Center
Services for male federal offenders held under various United States
statutes. Services required include subsistence, care, custody,
control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing medical
and dental treatment. The services for Community Corrections Center
shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons
Statement of Work, Community Corrections Center, dated January 2000.
The services for Community Sanctions Center shall be performed in
accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work,
Comprehensive Sanctions Center, dated January 2000. Two or more
facilities may be used as a place of performance for each service. The
place(s) of performance must be within the District of Columbia. An
Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a one(1) year base period and
four(4) one(1) year option periods is anticipated. The estimated number
of inmate days for the Community Corrections Center(line item one) for
the base period is 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year one --
4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum, option year two -- 4,745 minimum/18,300
maximum, option year three -- 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum and option
year four -- 4,745 minimum/18,250 maximum. The estimated number of
inmate days for the Community Sanctions Center(line item two) for the
base period is 7,300 minimum/29,200 maximum, option year one -- 7,300
minimum/29,200 maximum, option year two -- 7,300 minimum/29,280
maximum, option year three -- 7,300 minimum/29,200 maximum, and option
year four -- 7,300 minimum/29,200 maximum. The estimated issue date
for the Request for Proposals(RFP)200-0593-MA is April 17, 2000. The
estimated closing date for RFP200-0593-MA is June 16, 2000. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by
