procure on a sole source basis to Echotek, for the purchase of an
Echotek DACCA Circuit Card Assy., P/N 12-0014, Qty. 10 each. Special
marking: In addition to the OEM Cage Code and OEM Part Number, SPAWAR
Systems Center requires the following marking to be silk screened to
the DACCA PCB "Assy No. 55910-0203377ED-1", Government Furnished
Equipment: One CETIA CVME603E-266-64-C4-0 (Processor) Circuit Card
Assembly (CCA) per every DACCA CCA ordered, Requirements: The
contractor shall integrate each DACCA Board procured to each CETIA CCA,
provided as GFE. The contractor shall perform a Performance
Verification Test (PVT) in accordance to DACCA Acceptance Test
Procedure Rev. 2.1 dated 10/25/99. The contractor shall provide a copy
of test results with the final product. This is a combined
synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the
Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included
in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses
at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items
(MAY 1999) and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to
Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (FEB 2000),
and any others that are applicable and in effect through the current
Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and the Defense Acquisition
Circular. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all
applicable clauses and provisions. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or
made available. While price will be a significant factor in the
evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a
combination of price and delivery/a determination of
responsibility/technically acceptable low bids. Interested parties are
