Guard, through the USPFO for Minnesota, has a requirement for On-Site
Medical Surveillance testing. The actual testing will be required at
two locations: Camp Ripley near Little Falls, Minnesota and at the Army
Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in St. Paul, Minnesota. The following
types of tests/surveillance are anticipated: Comprehensive Work and
Medical History; Audiometric Work and Medical History; PA and Lateral
Chest X-Ray; ILO Classification Form; Pulmonary Function Profile;
Audiometric Examination; Visual Acuity; Blood Pressure; CBC with
Differential Urinalysis; CBC with Differential, Blood Lead & ZPP; CBC
with Differential, Cadmium Exposure Panel, Blood Cadmium, Urine Cadmium
& Beta 2-Microglobulin, Urine; Workplace Clearance -- Respirator Usage,
Heavy Metals, Lead; Height & Weight; Industrial Employee Reports -- STD
Format Multiphase; Master Summaries -- STD Format Multiphase. A firm
fixed-price Idefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is
anticipated with a Base Year and up to four option years. All capable
and interested sources must submit a written request for the
solicitation. Requests shall be sent to the official contact and
address listed above. E-mail requests will be accepted and shall be
submitted to James.Cluka@mn.ngb.army.mil. Solicitation availability
date is o/a 16 February 2000 and proposals are due o/a 17 March 2000.
