The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, as the only known NAVICP-PICA certified source of supply. Offerors, other than the OEM, must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a certified source of supply and must provide proof of such prior to contract award.
