This requirement also includes the pick up and recycling of the spent media (dust product) which will contain paint chips and heavy metal including chromium and cadmium. The contractor will be responsible for compliance with all Government laws and DOT, EPA and OSHA regulations necessary to ensure that the dust product is being used as a product and is not being processed as a waste material. The contract will be for a base year with options to extend for up to 4 additional years.
