This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "Engineering, Science, and Technical Services at the Marshall Space Flight Center", Solicitation No. 8-1-0-EK-C6120 which was posted on January 25, 2000. This modification provides additional information to further clarify the original synopsis. As stated in the original synopsis, NASA/MSFC will procure these services on an unrestricted basis using full and open competitive procedures. The Draft RFP will contain significant subcontracting goals for small business, small disadvantaged business, and small woman-owned business concerns. This is not a small business set-aside. The SIC code of 8731 and size standard of 1,000 employees or less which were published in the original synopsis are provided to assist potential offerors in determining whether they qualify as a small business for this particular procurement.
