The objective of the proposed contract is to acquire Engineering Support Services (ESS) for the TACOM Tools and Training Systems Commodity Business Unit located at Rock Island, Illinois, in support of the technical evaluation of the reopening of negotiations for the INGATS contract. These services require in-depth engineering knowledge of a broad range of highly complex non-contact target hit sensor systems, are limited in scope, of a relatively brief duration, and require signature of agreements and non-disclosure statements due to the proprietary and procurement-sensitive nature of information to be handled.
