Clearfield Job Corps Center anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract to design/build (heat, ventilation, and air-condition) HVAC system for various buildings and areas located on Clearfield Job Corps Center. The estimated cost is between $125,000 -- $185,000. Quotes will be solicitated for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to buisness type. Work will consist of but not limited to: (1) Rooftop Hvac units with economizers, Factory roof curbs,Evaporative coolers, New supply air grilles, New return air grilles, New evaporative cooler grilles, Duct distribution system,piping, Condensate drain piping, natural gas piping, cold water piping, temperature controls, Low and High voltage wiring, demolition, and roof penetration and flashings to be coordinated through Redd roofing company. The contractor will be required to commence work within 14 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed and complete within 90 days.
