The proposed contract listed herein is for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Philadelphia, PA 19111-5098. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price lump sum and indefinite quantity type contract. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 0782 Lawn and Garden Service and the size standard is $5.0 million. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside open to small business concerns. The performance period will be for a period of 12 months commencing not later than 30 days after notice of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for periods of 1 to 12 months (each option) for a total duration not to exceed 60 months. The approximate issue date will be 07 February 2000 and the proposal due date is 07 March 2000 no later than 02:00 pm. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
