Estimated annual quantity of 135,000 extra large imprinted t-shirts. T-shirts shall be 100% cotton, black, short- sleeve, ribbed crew neck collar and sleeve, imprinted design on front and back. Printed design, to be furnished by the requesting activity, will require a 5-color simulated half-tone process. Prospective offerors shall be required to submit a sample shirt demonstrating the required printing process as part of the award evaluation. All sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
