We have a requirement for an intensive Class III Cultural Resources Survey of approximately 5,000 acres to include the associated cultural resources survey report(s). Completion is required by 15 Oct 00. A firm-fixed-price, commercial services contract is anticipated. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The SIC code is 8999 with a size standard of $5M. The award will be made using best-value procedures using personnel qualifications evaluation criteria as stated in the solicitation. The following contractors are prequalified based on previous submissions: Statistical Research Inc., Western Cultural Resource Management Inc., Archaeological Consulting Services Ltd., and Northland Research Inc. If you are not prequalified you must submit with your offer evidence of at least 5 years experience in the various programs included within cultural resources, a sample of your technical writing and your experience with the National Register of Historic Places.
