Aerial photography at 1:7,920 scale, 6 inch focal length camera lens, color positive film. Total of approximately 20,000 "Primary Sample Unit" sites (PSU Sites) located nationwide. Location of each site will be identified by latitude longitude coordinates and ground elevation. Each site will require only one exposure on standard 9" by 9" aerial film format. Photo acquisition periods are established by state according to agricultural growing seasons and range from May 15 through September 15, 2000. A GPS aircraft guidance system is highly recommended. Solicitation (RFP) USDA/NRCS-1-00 will be issued on or about February 3, 2000, with proposals due March 6, 2000.
