U -- ASSET SECURITIZATION COURSE SOL TOTP00060 -- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to Hill Financial Education of 1755 Berkshire Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221 to develop and instruct a 2 12 days course in Asset Securitization. Hill Financial Education_s principle instructor for the course is a recognized expert in the area of asset securitization. The technical material to be used for the course related to the mechanics of securitization was developed by Hill Financial Education and is appropriately aimed at OTS examination policies and procedures. The Government intends to acquire these services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purchase order will have a base period of 2/1/2000 through 12/31/2000, with an optional follow-on period of 12 months. Written responses must be received within 15 calendar days from the date of this notice. Responses must include sufficient material on technical qualifications/capabilities and pricing for OTS to make an evaluation. The authority is 41 U.S.C. 253(C )(1). This announcement constitutes the only notice. A solicitation package WILL NOT be issued. A request for a solicitation package will be considered nonresponsive.
