Information Handling Services provides online and fixed media services covering federal personnel, procurement, EPA, and OSHA regulations. IHS provides a complete line of electronic products for federal personnel (PERSONNET), and procurement (Government Acquisition Regulations), and regulatory (EPA and OSHA) documents.
