R -- MANPOWER SUPPORT FOR AN/ALQ-161 SOFTWARE BLOCK CYCLE EFFORT SOL F09650-00-Q-0379 DUE 012400 POC Debbie Scarborough/912-926-2554 DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F09650-00-Q-0379. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The SIC Code is 8711 and the small business size code is $20M. The solicitation is for one year and one annual option. The solicitation contains CLIN 0001 for manpower support of one individual (Logistics Manager/GS-346) required in support of the AN/ALQ-161 software block cycle efforts. CLIN 0002 is for material (reimbursable) in support of the PWS. CLIN 0003 is for Travel (reimbursable). CLIN 0004 is for data. These CLINs apply to the option year. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The period of performance will begin 01 Dec 99 through 30 Sep 00 for the basic year and the option year will begin 26 Jan 00 through 25 Jan 01. This requirement requires the services of one individual equivalent to a GS-346-12, Logistics Manager in support of AN/ALQ-161 software block cycle efforts.
