Solicitation is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside for the purchase of the following two items: Pole, Tent, Wood, Ridge Vertical (NSN 8340-00-227-1400), quantity 9890 minimum/11890 maximum; and Pole, Tent, Wood, Ridge Horizontal (NSN 8340-00-188-8400), quantity 5320 minimum/6320 maximum. Items are to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-P-549. There will be twelve deliveries to Barstow California beginning 120 days after date of award. One first article of each NSN will be due 60 days after date of award. Two one year term options are included in this solicitation. All material will be furnished by the successful awardee. No progress payments will be included. All offerors will be required to submit technical proposals (Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Socioeconomic Factors, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner O'Day Act Entity Proposal).
