Provide the necessary equipment, labor, supervision and certifications to install a totally sealed 304 stainless steel floor on the pan deck and a totally sealed floor and walls in the sump of the West Refrigeration Plant at the U.S. Capitol Power Plant. 4' x 12' x 1/8" 304 stainless steel sheets and 3" x 12' x 1/4" 304 stainless steel backing strips will be provided by the Architect of the Capitol. There is approximately 13,600 linear feet of weld. All welds are to be made using MIG Welding Procedures. All welds are to be made by a certified welder. Welder certifications are to be submitted to the Architect of the Capitol. All welds shall be leak free. 25% of welds shall be tested using ultra sound and results shall be submitted to the Architect of the Capitol. This project shall be completed ninety (90) days from the award of the contract. The installation of the 304 stainless steel shall carry a two (2) year warranty.
