The Navy will procure sustaining Engineering, logistics, training, production/post production support, support equipment services, software and associated technical data for the Digital Flight Control System for the F-14 aircraft. GEC-Marconi is the manufacturer of the DFCS system, and the only known source who possesses the required expertise, technical data, and knowledge of the system and its components to provide the required efforts.
