Provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for barracks rehabilitation. The work includes interior renovations, HVAC equipment and ductwork replacement and electrical systems upgrade. Site improvements include: Repairing a section of depressed concrete walkway adjacent to the bulkhead and concrete stairway; replacement of underground sanitary piping; replacing site light fixtures; installation of concrete pier foundation and erection of a Government-furnished 100-foot, free-standing steel communication tower. The work shall be completed in phases to allow the Coast Guard personnel to occupy Duty Rooms during the construction work. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for the bid package. Checks should be made payable to the U. S. Coast Guard.
