Work includes but is not limited to the following: One step turn-key design and construction of a new community center at Pearl Harbor HI. The Contractor will be responsible for design and construction of a total Commissary, Main Exchange, Service Mall, and Food Court facility under a common roof. The Exchange, Mall, and Food Court Facility shall be a complete two story construction. This project will include all equipment (both building and operational), all structures, demolition of the existing buildings (Commissary, Exchange, and Toyland/furniture store), site clearing, utilities, roads, walks, and associated on-site improvements including landscaping. The square footage of the new facility is not to exceed plus or minus 5% of 8,733m2 (94,000 square foot) Commissary and a 20,910 m2 (225,000 square foot) two story Main Exchange, mall and food court facility. The period of performance will be included in the proposal. Estimated cost of the facility is over $10,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted.
