Work includes, but is not limited to the demolition of a two-story house, drive and walk areas, and site amenities noted on Drawing C-1 of the project documents. The house being demolished contains various asbestos containing materials which include, but are not limited to duct installation and transite siding. New construction includes, but is not limited to earthwork, site utilities, site improvements, paving and landscaping. Work also includes new sidewalk, detention basin, catch basins, vinyl coated chain link fencing, and concrete curbs. All work is to be done in accordance with the 1999 Ohio Transportation Construction and Material Specifications. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $40,000 with completion within 30 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must provide documentation along with the proposal, evidencing their bonding capabilities, although no proposal guarantee is required to submit an offer.
