The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for the procurement of services to (1) design, create, maintain, revise and interpret the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) Financial Database for use by NMFS in financial management of projects and study efforts to include tracking Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), grants, cooperative agreements and contracts; (2) track and prepare financial summaries of individual CWPPRA resoration project budgets; (3) prepare the necessary supporting documents concerning the proposed project budget in specific cooperative agreement grant applications; (4) develop and provide cost and project review documentation to the NOAA Grants Office and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); (5) develop and enter all NMFS Headquarters CWPPRA Re-imbursement Task Plans into the NOAA Financial System (FIMA); and (6) perform systems analysis for integrating the financail systems of NOAA, State of Louisana Department of Natural Resources (LDNR) and the USACE. The work location will be in Silver Spring, Maryland. The contract will be for a one-year period with four (4) one-year option periods. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses.
