Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to relocate an
existing timber floating dock and the installation of a new timber
floating dock, utilizing an elastic mooring system consisting of
SEAFLEX cords, by-pass lines and helical anchors, and incidental
related work. The location will be at U.S. Coast Guard Station
Gloucester, MA. The design, fabrication, and installation of the
elastic mooring system shall be completed by Strait Moorings
International(SMI). Coordination between SMI and the manufacturer of
the timber floating dock is mandatory. The estimated cost of this
project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. SIC code is 1629.
Period of performance is sixty (60) calendar days from Notice to
Proceed. Solicitation packages to be available on or about January 5,
