DESC: The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, management, incidental engineering, and supervision necessary to perform the asphalt paving, concrete repairs and maintenance on Government owned airfields, airfield parking aprons and structures. The Contractor shall accomplish all surface preparation, repair and cleaning. This solicitation is for a Base year with two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months for a total of thirty six (36) months. The Standard Industrial Code is 1611; the Small Business Size Standard is $17M. The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business firms. The contractor or his Responsible Managing Employee (RME) shall possess a current State of California contractors license in the applicable classification.
