Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the laboratory analytical testing services described herein. Required services include providing sample collection containers (including sample preservatives) for the various tests specified, providing suitable containers for delivering or shipping samples via commercial carrier from the Pensacola Naval Complex to the Contractor's laboratory performing laboratory testing and analysis, and test report preparation and distribution in accordance with the contract requirements. Pensacola Bay discharge samples shall be collected by the Contractor. All other samples shall be collected by the Government Representatives and delivered or shipped to the Contractor for analysis. The contract shall be for a base period of twelve months, with 4 additional (12) months options. The Government may elect to exercisethese options from (1) -- (12) month intervals. The contract shall not exceed 36 months. Occasional weekend work is required, the maximum amount of weekend work shall not exceed 10% of the quantities. The Contractor will be notified a minimum of 48 hours in advance of weekend work. Ths contract is a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract.
