Answer: Contract personnel will be granted privileges, from the Naval Air Station Commanding Officer to use MWR facilities, the Navy Exchange, and the Commissary. AMC Space Available travel privileges can not be granted. Question 3: What expenses regarding base housing will apply to offerors? Answer: Housing will not be provided for free, the following are the housing options: a) Housing (Accompanied)*Based on fair market value, equivalent military paygrade and space availability; two bedroom house, including all utilities except phone, based on O-2 rank is $594.00 per month. Contractor would have to provide all furniture. b) Billeting (Single/Unaccompanied)*Furnished room, including all utilities except phone; Suite (2 rooms), private bath, common kitchen $288.00 per month; Single Room, private bath, common kitchen $235.00 per month; Single Room, private bath, kitchenette $235.00.
