The contract also includes preventative maintenance for these elevators. Performance period is for a base one year with three one-year option periods. Offers will be accepted from both large and small business concerns. The SIC code is 1799, and the small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost is between $750.000 to $1,200,000.
