The Coast Guard Office of Aeronautical Engineering is seeking potential sources for an aircraft satellite communication system capable of transmitting voice and data. System must be able to link to public switched telephone network. System must be able to be integrated into a military architecture aircraft avionics system of all Coast Guard aircraft. Satellite coverage must be global to include the polar regions. This announcement is for information and planning purposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Information submitted should describe the contractor's capability and past experience in performing the described services and will be used to develop a source of potential offerors for possible future solicitation. Your response must be submitted within 30 calendar days from date of publication of this notice. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation of the information submitted.
