procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. SIC Code 1629, size
standard is $17,000,000.00. Estimated cost of construction is between
$250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than 122 calendar
days. This is a design-build project. Work consists of designing,
fabricating, and installing a floating breakwater, approximately 600
feet in length at Raystown Lake, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the
breakwater is to protect a marina from wave action caused by a
combination of wind and heavy boat traffic. The project will be
advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Competitive proposals will
be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the
solicitation package. Plans and specs $20.00. Non-Refundable. Make

ACCEPTED). Contractors are encouraged to provide their Federal Express
only at the time of request or have them picked up. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the
agency.In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of
1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor
Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
