The purpose of this modification is to notify potentional Offerors: 1)That a DRAFT Performance Specification, dated December 17, 1999 has been posted at the web page http://www3.natick.army.mil (please note that periodic updates may be made and that it is suggested that all potentional Offerors check the webpage periodically); 2) That the name of the system has been changed from "Field Sanitation Unit (FSU)" to "Advanced Food Sanitation Center (AFSC)"; and 3) That a prototype AFSC (f/n/a/ FSU) system will be available for any and all potential Offerors to examine and test after the release of the forthcoming RFP.
