Provide Level 2 (non-trauma) Emergency Room Physician coverage 24-hours per day, 7-days per week for the period of one year from date of award with the option to extend the term of the contract for two one-year periods to this VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide physicians who possess a full and unrestriced license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia. Physicians must be credentialed and privileged in accordance with VA regulations set forth in VHA Handbook 1100.19. Physicians must be ACLS certified and must be either certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or other appropriate speciality.
