This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No other documents or records are available. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 4813 with a corresponding size standard of 1,500. The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), 401 14th Street, SW, Washington, DC, 20227, intends to award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures and provisions and clauses for Commercial Items to Pacific Bell, 370 Third Street, Room 604, San Francisco, CA, 94107, which currently provides the local telephone service and supports two primary rate interface circuits. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE IS SAN FRANCISCO FINANCIAL CENTER, 390 MAIN STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94105. One end of the PRI circuits will be terminated in government: provide telephone equipment on one end and in the central office of Pacific Bell. This requirement is for local telephone service only (local dial tone) and telephone numbers will remain at 415-817-7100 through 415-817-7399.
