Pre- and Post- dredge soundings shall be accomplished to determine actual dredge quantities. Dredging shall be bid as unit cost item on a per cubic yard basis. Dredging spoils shall be deposited in the Corps of Engineers confined disposal facility (CDF) prior to 1 April 2000 moratorium for using their CDF.
