Service (USPS) seeks to identify and pre-qualify supplier's capable of
providing an innovative and commercially available Call Center Network
Solution(s) in association with the USPS Corporate Call Management
(CCM) program. The CCM program is designed to enhance the USPS customer
telephone experience, improve operating efficiency, and increase
revenue through the establishment of an effective call-handling
infrastructure. To achieve these goals, CCM would like to capitalize on
the existing call center industry experience and expertise by
outsourcing the handling of its customer call volume. CCM is seeking a
strategic association with an industry leading supplier(s) for a
successful solution(s) that will deploy flexible work forces to (1)
meet the increasing annual USPS inbound customer call volume forecasts
and, (2) develop and manage additional outbound programs designed to
increase revenue and enhance the customer contact experience.
