Purchase includes P/N: UC-MP software package specifically developed for aiding in the research, development, test and evaluation of the Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) program with 3 years of maintenance support. Qty: 1. Requirements are for delivery FOB destination to the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome NY by 27 Dec 99. However, responsible interested sources may submit a quotation to the contract specialist NLT 20 Dec 99, 2:30pm EST. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear significant concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the contracting officer or program manager, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
