requests proposals for a vessel(s) capable of meeting the

transporting cargo described in Box 2. Contractor must furnish lashing
gear sufficient for securing cargo. Equipment to include ramps or
other equipment to facilitate RO/RO operations. Tug must have a minimum
2,000 shaft horsepower. Owner to warrant that any and all regulatory
compliances are maintained. 2. Cargo Description: Approximately 16,835

Certifications (Part XII, Ref (B)). 6. IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, U.S.
offerors (and foreign offerors working in the U.S.) must be registered
in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be considered for
