The Navy has a requirement to purchase a minimum of 100 each and a Maximum of 30,000 each Sopmod Universal Pocketscope Mounts to be manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification to be included in the solicitation. This system will be composed of a single universal mount base element that attaches to the MIL-STD 1913 Rail. This system will have three different Mount Adapters, which allow for attachment of three different devices to the Mount Base Element. This acquisition will be processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only Small Business sources will be considered. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, IN 47522 with delivery required within 30 days after issuance of a Delivery Order. The government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the most advantageous to the government considering technical compliance, past performance and price related factors.
