negotiate a time-and-materials order under Basic Ordering Agreement
N00019-96-G-0022 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), 6900
North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 for the Service Tour Extension
Process (STEP) and Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) on Navy H-60 aircraft
consistent with the Integrated Maintenance Concept. Sikorsky will
perform an aircraft STEP and perform DLM effort at the contractor's
main facility or in the field in partnership with the Fleet. Sikorsky
is the only source with engineering, data and manufacturing expertise
required to perform this effort in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. See
