ISSUE DATE: ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 27, 1999. The Contractor shall provide
all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and
disposal necessary for the removal of metal wall and roof panels, metal
windows, roof ventilators, and lighting; and to provide new metal wall
and roof panels, metal windows, metal door, painting, lighting and
incidental related work located at USCG Station, building #510, Sandy
Hook, Highlands, NJ. (Monmouth County)SIC: IS 1541. Performance period
is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of the Notice
to Proceed. Estimated Cost of this project is between $100,000 --

Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted. The
following NOTICE IS PROVIDED AS INFORMATON FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED,
AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Dept of Transportation
(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquired short-term capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any prime subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at primeinterest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000. For
