TITLE: SOURCES SOUGHT; SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES This serves as an INQUIRY AS TO THE AVAILABILTY OF OFFERORS to locate any that are both interested and qualified to provide Photographic Services at SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO. It should be noted that any potential source will be required to have/or obtain personnel cleared up to the SECRET Level. Please note that SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO will provide a cleared photo lab and photo studio, but will not provide any photographic equipment or supplies. Any qualified firm who can provide the requirements in accordance with the cited Statement of Work, is invited to submit a written qualification statement to include: (1) Name and address of applicant (Corporate/Principal Office); (2) name, phone and fax number of point of contact; (3) date firm started; (4) SIC Code; (5) type of business (i.e.: small business, small disadvantaged 8(a) certified, Woman-owned small business, small disadvantaged business (not 8(a) certified, large business); (6) contractor's facility capabilities and location, with plans to establish a San Diego facility; (7) past performance: list your firm's most significant contracts which are relevant to providing the same type of services for the past 3 years, it is important that all aspects of the required services are covered in your past performance submission, list contracts and include the following information: (a) customer (DOD agency, other government agency), (b) contract number, (d) contracting officer's representative (COR) name and telephone number, (e) contract value, (f) period of performance, (g) description of product/services. (8) Please address the contractor's ability to meet the requirement for personnel and facilities to be cleared up to the SECRET Level. (9) Based on the projected requirements in the Statement of Work, please provide an estimated cost for a 12 Month period for all services specified in section 2 of the Statement of Work. Please provide this pricing for each service in section 2 in accordance with your normal business practices (i.e., per hour, per photo, etc.). It is important to provide detailed and accurate data in order for the Government to make an accurate assessment of an interested parties ability to provide the subject services. The Government may request additional information from interested parties via telcon, face to face interview, etc. Each response must reference the sources sought title.
