The paper shall be coated on one side and the grain shall run in the 40 inch direction. The BEP is procuring two types of this paper. The first item is for BEP Stock Number 1LP01574 which shall be .012 inch thick and 26_ x 40_, for a quantity of 50,000 sheets. The second item is for BEP Stock Number 1LP01647 which shall be .008 inch thick and 26_ x 40_, for a quantity of 50,000 sheets. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation, a written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable SIC code is 2631 and the associated small business size standard is 500. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ 29-1122A. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to the BEP Lorton Warehouse at 9610 Gunston Cove Road, Lorton, VA 22079. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, business address and phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business).
