This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-0-00008 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC97-12. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001, Plotter Paper for Hewlett Packard 1050C Plotter, 36 inch by 300 feet. Minimum Quantity is 27,655 rolls and the maximum quantity is 42,655 rolls. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana, 47132, Attn: Receiving Section-Bldg. 60F. Acceptance at same location. Delivery schedule as follows: approx. 15,000 rolls NLT Wednesday, 05-JAN-2000; approx. 12,655 rolls NLT Tuesday, 25-JAN-2000. This is an indefinite-quantity contract for supplies and is in effect through 30-SEP-2000. The quantities of paper in this schedule are estimates only, the Government shall order at least the quantity of supplies designated in the schedule as "the minimum." Delivery of the balance will be on an as needed bases with the Government giving two weeks notice. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluations-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, include a completed copy with offer; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.216-22, Indefinite Quantity.
