COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF DECEMBER 1,1999 PSA#2486USPFO for Missouri, Purchasing and Contracting, 7101 Military Circle,
Jefferson City, MO 65101-1200 74 -- COST PER COPY, ANALOG AND DIGITAL COPIERS SOL DAHA23-00-Q-0002
DUE 120299 POC Ann Lea, (573)638-9575 E-MAIL:
leam@mo-arng.ngb.army.mil, leam@mo-arng.ngb.army.mil. 1. The purpose of
this amendment is to provide a common format for vendor proposals,
clearly define minimum government requirements and incorporate
additional information. 2. The spreadsheet entitled "Unit Copier
Summary" will form the basis for the government's technical review.
This spreadsheet can be obtained by calling CPT Karen Smith at
(573)638-9998 or Ann Lea at (573)638-9575. This updated spreadsheet
identifies the governments requirement for analog and digital copiers.
As a result, vendors must update their proposals addressing their
ability to meet the governments requirement. Vendors are to complete
the spreadsheet entitled "Unit Copier Summary" completing Items H
through AG (but not M & N as they are government use columns). All
costs must be included in the "cost per copy" proposal (to include any
optional features offered). The vendor is to submit a proposal
reflecting the governments minimum requirements. Scenarios reflecting
the addition of the governments minimum requirements plus optional
features should be priced on separate spreadsheets. 3. Analog or
stand-alone copiers are specified at all remaining locations. Vendors
may propose stand-alone digital copiers at these locations. However,
the government believes that the lower overall cost per copy will be
achieved through the use of analog machines at these locations. 4.
There are 2 CLINS. For each CLIN, vendors will submit a separate price
for digital (networked) copiers and a separate price for analog
(stand-alone) copiers. 5. Vendor to submit pricing for option periods
using the same methodology as described in number four (4) above. 6.
Vendor must propose copiers at each location specified on the
spreadsheet. 7. The following is added to the Statement of Work- (a)
For those locations where a digital copier is specified, the ability to
print and fax through the network is required. The spreadsheet
identifies where digital copiers are required. The vendor is
responsible for installation of the digital (network) copier.
Installationof a digital (network) copier shall include demonstrated
ability to print and fax from at least one on-site work station per
location. (b) 11.1 Addition of Machines: The government reserves the
right to increase the number of machines required under this contract,
not to exceed a total of 10 machines. Upon receipt by the Contracting
Officer (or his/her authorized representative), the contractor will be
required to increase machine service within the geographic area of
Missouri within a 30 day written notice. 8. Vendor to include Point of
Contact/telephone number/fax/e-mail address of individual available to
provide information on this proposal that will available on December
2nd and December 3rd, 1999. Vendor also to provide your Central
Contractor Registration (CCR) number. Information on the CCR
registration is attached. 9. Responses to this amendment are due

leam@mo-arng.ngb.army.mil and fax completed copy of SF 30 (2 pages) to
