a contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 North Main
Street, Stratford, CT 06497-9129 to modify two Government-furnished
SH-60B aircraft to prepare them for conversion to the SH-60R
configuration. This effort includes: standard depot-level maintenance;
a Service Life Extension Program; integrated logistics support
analysis and activities, spares and repair parts, and technical,
administrative and financial data. SAC also will conduct the
non-recurring and recurring engineering effort necessary to rectify air
vehicle deficiencies identified during Navy Test and Evaluation. SAC is
the sole developer and integrator of the H-60 platform and therefore is
the only known source with the expertise, technical data, equipment,
and experienced personnel necessary to perform the required effort. See
