Interested parties should be made aware that the work to be accomplished is in a healthcare facility and all safety measures, the facilities integrity, and construction/dust barriers must be fully maintained. The estimated value of this procurement is $25,000 to $100,000. Construction must be completed within 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a small-business set-aside, the applicable SIC is 1542, the size standard is $17.0 million in annual receipts.
