The units are required to replace failed assemblies. The scope of the task shall be to manufacture twelve (12) Penetrator Assemblies in accordance with Electric Boat Specification #2983J. Manufacturing shall be monitored monthly and the Contractor shall provide monthly status reports. Inspection and acceptance shall be Newport, RI upon delivery.
